First License State Exam Training
Lexington provides the State mandatory training requirement that you need in order to sit for the real estate examination and obtain your first license. Whether your State requires monitored time or allows at home training, Lexington will provide you with the necessary requirements of your State. The most important factor is to prepare you for the actual State Exam. We will provide you with the necessary tools to prepare for the examination which includes over 1,000 practice questions.
Principal Brokers State Exam
Lexington provides the State mandatory training requirement that you need in order to become a principal/designated broker supervising other licensees. Each State has its own career experience and educational requirement. Whatever the requirements are for your State, Lexington will provide the necessary training material. The most important factor is to prepare you for the actual State Exam. We will provide you with the necessary tools to prepare for the exam that includes over 1,000 practice questions and the broker's closing statements.
Continuing Education
